Daarvoor pleit de Consumentenbond, die de Tweede Kamer oproept een motie van CDA\/50PLUS van deze strekking te steunen.<\/p>\n<p>Dinsdag stemt de Tweede Kamer over de motie van CDA en 50PLUS. In de motie staat dat apotheken verplicht contant geld moeten gaan accepteren. De motie wordt ook gesteund door een groot aantal ouderenorganisaties.<\/p>\n<p>Steeds meer apothekers weigeren cash en willen dat alleen nog met de pinpas wordt betaald. ,,Wettelijk gezien mag het, maar wat ons betreft komt daar verandering in. Apothekers hebben een zorgplicht en mogen geen drempels opwerpen&#8221;, stelt directeur Olof King van de Consumentenbond.<\/p>\n<p>,,Sommige mensen kiezen er bewust voor om cash af te rekenen. Bijvoorbeeld om zo meer grip op hun uitgaven te houden, of om privacy-redenen; er kijkt niemand over hun schouder mee bij betalen. Bovendien is pinnen voor sommige ouderen, kinderen en mensen met een beperking lastig. Door cash niet te accepteren, sluit je hen buiten.
