Dat meldt het tv-programma Dit is de Dag Onderzoek woensdag. Het EO-programma trekt de conclusie dat daders van kindermishandeling vrijwel altijd vrijuit gaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Het Advies en Meldpunt Kindermishandeling stelde in 2012 in ruim vijftienduizend gevallen van kindermishandeling vast. Uit politiecijfers blijkt dat slechts 2150 keer aangifte gedaan. In dat jaar kwam tweehonderd gevallen van kindermishandelingszaken voor de rechter. De vermoedelijke daders werden in een op de drie gevallen vrijgesproken, ondanks dat veelal is vastgesteld dat de mishandeling heeft plaatsgevonden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">De overheid zet al jaren in op een hardere aanpak van de daders van kindermishandeling en roept met publiekscampagnes op aangifte te doen.
