Volgens de Europese Commissie voldoet de Nederlandse wetgeving nog steeds niet volledig aan de Europese regels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">De commissie wil binnen twee maanden horen welke maatregelen Nederland gaat nemen, anders overweegt zij naar de rechter te stappen. Nederland moet vastleggen dat pati&euml;nten het recht hebben om in een andere EU-lidstaat zorg te kiezen, en dat zij de kosten in het thuisland kunnen declareren. Daarnaast moeten pati&euml;nten de informatie krijgen die nodig is om een bewuste keuze over hun behandeling te maken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">De commissie tikte woensdag in deze kwestie niet alleen Nederland, maar ook Portugal op de vingers.
