Volgens de aangifte hebben medewerkers van de dienst mensen in de omgeving van Selvi ge&iuml;ntimideerd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Het zou gaan om onder anderen zijn bedrijfsarts en zijn voormalig raadsman van de vakbond. Selvi is ervan overtuigd dat de Militaire Inlichtingen- en Veiligheidsdienst (MIVD) oneigenlijk is ingezet om te intimideren, omdat hij de publiciteit had gezocht. In de aangifte staat ook dat MIVD-medewerkers zich schuldig hebben gemaakt aan bedreiging van een van de benaderde mensen en laster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">De Turkse Nederlander Selvi veroorzaakte enkele jaren geleden ophef toen hij zich in media had beklaagd over discriminatie bij de officiersopleiding aan de Koninklijke Militaire Academie (KMA).
