Dat had in juli 2015 moeten zijn gebeurd. De Europese Commissie gaf Nederland donderdag nog twee maanden de tijd om het in orde te maken, anders volgt mogelijk een stap naar het Europees Hof van Justitie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">De richtlijn gaat over het voorkomen van ongelukken, maar ook over snelle en effectieve actie als er iets verkeerd is gegaan op een olie- of gasplatform. Zo moet bij het uitgeven van vergunningen in de offshoresector zeker worden gesteld dat exploitanten voldoende financi&euml;le middelen en technische kennis hebben. Deze bedrijven zijn volledig aansprakelijk voor milieuschade als gevolg van ongelukken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Griekenland en Portugal kregen donderdag een soortgelijke waarschuwing.
