Staatssecretaris Martin van Rijn (Volksgezondheid) zei dat maandag in Wenen bij de jaarlijkse vergadering van de Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) van de Verenigde Naties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Het wereldwijde drugsprobleem wordt vooral bestreden met onderdrukkende maatregelen, maar Nederland en de andere EU-lidstaten pleiten er voor om ook juist meer aandacht te hebben voor volksgezondheid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">,,Dat gaat in kleine stappen natuurlijk.
