Dat maakte de Amsterdamse brouwer dit weekend bekend. Met het ontvlechten van de samenwerking is een betaling van 161 miljoen euro aan Heineken gemoeid.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\">Heineken verkoopt het belang van 28 procent in Efes Kazachstan aan Efes Breweries International. Daar staat tegenover dat Efes het belang van 28 procent in Central Europe Beverages verkoopt aan Heineken, dat daarmee volledig eigenaar wordt van de brouwerij.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font face=\"Arial\"><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/font><font face=\"Arial\">De transacties worden naar verwachting voor juni afgerond. Het levert Heineken een niet nader omschreven boekwinst op. Heineken en Efes werkten sinds 2008 samen.
